Your username for SubFinder online is just your last name, not your email/login. Example: schwerer, not slschwe.
If you are locked out of SubFinder, log all the way out of the internet and go back into SubFinder with the correct information.
That action is what 'resets' your account.
*All substitutes (including hourly staff members) are required to work a minimum of
FIVE days (five full or ten half days) through SubFinder per school year
to maintain their substitute status.
*The annual Substitute Newsletter is emailed to your CCPS email account by May 15th every year. It contains the
Letter of Reasonable Assurance (LRA).The LRA must be printed and mailed to the Department of Human Resources by
July 1st of every year. It is required to maintain your substitute position
for the next school year.
*Annual mandatory Safe Schools online training must be completed
by October 15th of every school year. In August you will be emailed instructions through your
CCPS email address on how to login to Safe Schools to complete your mandatory training. If you have problems with SafeSchools,

*Please be advised that every time a substitute cancels a job,
the Department of Human Resources and the School Administrators receive an electronic notification
of your cancellation. Excessive cancellations can result in you being placed on school exclusion lists
or terminated. Once you make the commitment of accepting a job, we do ask that you honor that
commitment and complete the assignment.
